A powerful nor’easter is affecting the New Jersey coast with strong winds, heavy rain, significant coastal flooding and hazardous coastal conditions. New Jersey's State of Emergency covers Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Salem counties.
